We understand that sometimes your plans will change, and often those changes are beyond anyone’s control. Therefore, our cancellation policy is friendly.
We encourage all guests to take out travel insurance, even for short trips. After all, travel insurance is inexpensive and can cover medical expenses, trip cancellation or delays, lost or stolen baggage and personal liability while you’re travelling.
Full refunds available
We offer a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, we offer a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, we offer a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in with no refund after that.
